Commission is reversed if the customer refunds within 30 days or charges back at any point. After 30 days the commission is yours regardless of cancellation.
Don’t refer your own account. The first signup from a new affiliate is reviewed by hand; obvious self-referrals are reversed.
Stripe Connect handles 1099-K / W-8BEN collection. You are responsible for declaring affiliate income in your jurisdiction.
