This license covers every track in the SONICHAOS catalog and every kit at /kits. The catalog falls under your subscription tier; kits are one-time purchases. Both ride the same royalty-free perpetual terms below.

Kit purchases are seat-bound. A 5-seat team buys a kit once and uses it across the team's projects.
Anything you publish during an active subscription — or anything you produce from a purchased kit — stays licensed forever, even after cancellation. The license PDF is permanent proof. New downloads after cancellation require a new subscription; the kit purchase itself is one-time and remains yours.
Every download generates a PDF naming the licensee, the track or kit, the tier, and a UTC timestamp. The PDF is signed with an ed25519 keypair held by SONICHAOS GmbH. Receipts live in your account indefinitely and export as CSV for procurement audits.
If a Content ID claim hits a video you scored with SONICHAOS audio, forward the claim plus the receipt id to license@sonichaos.io. We file the counter-notice within one business day. Most claims clear in 48 hours; the few that escalate are tracked in your account.
