Refunds within the 30-day window claw back the producer share for that specific unit. The producer dashboard shows the adjustment on the next statement.
Yes. Upload a new version, write a one-line changelog, and the catalog flags it as updated. Buyers re-download the new files for free.
You do. SONICHAOS takes a non-exclusive license to host, market, and sell. The buyer gets a royalty-free use license; resale of the raw files is prohibited.
We email after 90 days with the analytics: tile impressions, audition rate, conversion rate. About one in three kits gets a re-cover or a re-tag and starts moving.
