You must be 16 or older to create an account. You're responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for actions taken under your account. You can close your account at any time from settings.
Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Annual plans receive a refund for unused months only when downgrading mid-cycle (prorated). Monthly plans can be cancelled but are not refunded for the current cycle.
Don't reverse-engineer, scrape, or resell the catalog. Don't probe security boundaries. Don't use the platform to coordinate harassment, spread malware, or distribute illegal content. We may suspend accounts for severe or repeated abuse with no refund.
We target 99.9% monthly uptime. Status and incident history live at /status. Planned maintenance is announced 7 days in advance; emergency maintenance is announced as soon as practical.
To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is capped at the fees you paid in the 12 months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Material changes to these terms are announced 30 days in advance via email and a banner in the app. If you disagree with a change, you can cancel before it takes effect.
These terms are governed by the laws of Israel. Disputes are resolved in the courts of Tel Aviv unless local consumer law requires otherwise.
