The infringing material on SONICHAOS (track URL or asset_id). 4. A statement made under penalty of perjury that you are the rights holder or authorised agent. 5. Your physical or electronic signature.
We acknowledge notices within one business day and remove the material within three business days while we investigate. We notify the uploader and offer them an opportunity to file a counter-notice.
If you believe a takedown was in error, send a counter-notice to dmca@sonichaos.io including: 1. Identification of the removed material. 2. A statement under penalty of perjury that the removal was a mistake. 3. Your contact information and consent to jurisdiction.
We terminate accounts that receive three valid DMCA notices within a rolling 12-month window. Refunds, where required by law, are issued for the unused portion of the subscription.
